We are seeking a Senior React Developer with 5+ years of experience in building and scaling e‑commerce applications. You will play a key role in shaping frontend architecture, mentoring developers, and delivering seamless shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance React.js applications for e‑commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
- Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design implementation.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and third‑party services.
- Implement state management solutions such as Redux and Context API.
- Develop and support e‑commerce workflows, including product catalog, cart, checkout, payments, and order processing.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to overall team growth.
- Stay updated with latest React.js trends, tools, and frontend best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building large‑scale React.js applications.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Hands‑on experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
- Deep understanding of component‑based architecture, React Hooks, and best practices.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, and real‑time services.
- Strong familiarity with e‑commerce workflows including catalog, checkout, and payment integrations.
- Proficiency in unit testing using React Testing Library or equivalent tools.
- Experience with Git and frontend deployment strategies.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments and participating in ceremonies.
Good to Have / Preferred Skills:
- Experience with headless CMS or headless e‑commerce platforms such as Hybris or Elastic Path.
