Solution Architect 

This is a remote position.

Omni Reach is seeking an accomplished Solution Architect with over 15 years of experience in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. This is a leadership role that requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to align technology strategies with business outcomes.

As a Solution Architect, you will:

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise applications.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
  
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects, enforcing best practices and architectural standards.
  
• Drive cloud adoption and leverage AWS for large-scale deployments.
  
• Ensure performance optimization and scalability in databases (MySQL, NoSQL).
  
• Guide front-end architecture with React and JavaScript frameworks.
  
• Establish strong CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise and integrate monitoring/observability with tools like Datadog.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with business objectives.
  

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in software architecture and solution design.
  
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot.
  
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and deployment strategies.
  
• Advanced knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases with performance tuning.
  
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Enterprise, and GitHub Workflows.
  
• Experience with Datadog or equivalent monitoring tools.
  
• Front-end development and architectural experience with React/JavaScript.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to Azure and GCP platforms.
  
• Experience with Elastic Path eCommerce solutions.
  
• Knowledge of Oracle Processor and Boomi integrations.
  
• Familiarity with AI technologies for enterprise use cases.
  
• Experience with security scanning tools (e.g., Checkmarx).
